There was someone selling the last of the Tales mini Nendoroids I needed (Jude and Milla, though I just found out Leon was a secret one but I don’t think I’ll bother since I haven’t played Destiny yet) and they were selling them for $19 each, which is the cheapest I’ve seen so far.
But I can’t find their post now which leads me to believe they already sold everything. ;-;

I actually really agree with you the Steins;Gate dub dialogue is really well written! I say kudos to them.
Yes I was pleasantly surprised! It all felt very natural and the few things that couldn’t really be translated to English audiences (Okabe speaking English to the pin-seller changed to Okabe speaking “jive”) still had clever solutions.
They did change a few things, like Okabe tends to speak in a lot of purple prose in the dub, but I think it works. I think it helped that the script writer, Tatum, was already a big fan of the show when it was airing in Japan. Plus the fact that he’s a huge nerd when it comes to scifi lol (all the Doctor Who and Star Trek references, oh my god).
kankri-is-triggered helped me write this one! Along with several other Lucina-related comics to come.
"Lucina look, I’m Panne!"
Sorry not Sorry.
Don’t mind my dumb jokes.
I can’t fucking stop snickering about the whole rubber duck debugging because while it’s smart in theory it also seems so hilariously stupid like
can you imagine working in an office and one of your co-workers is spending half his day talking to a fucking rubber duck
or maybe one day they get so frustrated with the programming they throw the damn duck on the wall and it just squeaks as it does

Some of you are reblogging because you think its funny that programmers would talk to ducks. I’m reblogging because I think its funny picturing a programmer explaining their code, realizing what they did when they explain the bad code, then grabbing the strangling the duck while yelling “WHY WAS THE FIX THAT SIMPLE!? AM I GOING BLIND!”
AS A PROGRAMMER I CAN TELL YOU THAT THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU FUCKING DO WE HAD TO BAN THE DUCKS FROM MY CLASSES BECAUSE EVERYONE WOULD FLIP THE DUCK OR THROW IT AT A WALL OR SOMETHING WHEN THEY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM IN THEIR CODE
so that’s the function of a rubber duck
how it really went down
This is it. This is the pinnacle of nerdom. This is the greatest height of nerdery that has ever been reached before.
Peter in Loki’s body on a bus downtown to the real Loki and making an excuse that he’s going to a comic convention.
Never will such levels of pure fucking nerd ever be seen again, it’s just not possible. This is a beautiful day, I am glad I am alive to experience this, god bless.
okay I was just going to sit down at my desk and get some work done but then I just now noticed the Steins;Gate logo on my Kurisu desk mat has a number from the divergence meter AND I DON’T REMEMBER IT BEING THERE.
AM I JUST DUMB? DID THE WORLDLINE CHANGE? DO I HAVE READING STEINER?
I’M SO LOST RIGHT NOW.
/plays Song 4 u on repeat because aha I need to play Tales of Xillia 2
*wonders if I should go ahead and pre-order Bayonetta 2 because there’s a release date now but fuck managing money is hard*
Cosplaying the bae Tear today!!!
Oh yeah, one other thing that’s kinda been bugging me: the ever increasing catch rates of main legendaries lately.
The standard for legendaries is usually 3, though Groudon and Kyogre were at 5 (but that’s not much of a difference). However, then we had Dialga and Palkia at 30, Reshiram and Zekrom at 45, and now Xerneas and Yveltal at 70.
I know this is probably a really stupid thing to be complaining about, but if I’m going to be a ten year old catching some legendary Pokémon god with these awesome powers I’d like it to be challenging. >:[
